Job SummaryWashington Dental in Marquette, MI has an immediate opening for a full time dental assistant to provide exceptional care for our growing patient base. Dental assistants should be well-organized with great attention to detail, and possess a friendly, outgoing personality. We are a well-established, modern practice looking to grow our team. Dental experience is preferred but not completely necessary. Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during various procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as required.
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow to optimize office efficiency.

Requirements

Familiarity with a full range of general dentistry procedures is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
