OUR OFFICE: Our family and cosmetic dental practice in Camas is hiring an experienced insurance coordinator. You must have a minimum of one year dental insurance processing to qualify for this position. This should include posting insurance payments, calling on insurance claims and following up with patients who have an account balance.
Days and hours are; Monday through Thursday, 7:30 to 5:30.
Our office is growing and we have an awesome team. We are looking for someone to join us who has an upbeat personality, a great smile and a great attitude.
Job Duties, skills and attributes required:1. Process dental insurance claims2. Manage relationships with insurance carriers3. Contact insurance companies/patients regarding benefit coverage4. Research and resolve insurance billing issues5. Ability to project a positive, warm and professional image in person and on the phone6. Must be articulate, detailed and service-oriented7. Must demonstrate excellent communication skills8. You must have the ability to multi-task, take initiative and anticipate the needs of others9. Be able to work with a team, with humor, enthusiasm and professionalism10. Must love numbers and have an aptitude for math11. Self-motivated, team player, go getter and problem solver12. Be organized13. Proficiency in computer skills
14. Loves working on special projects
15. Proficiency with dental software16. One Year Minimum Dental Office experience, two years preferred
BENEFITS: Paid time off, 100% dental care for you and your family, and a retirement plan with a matching contribution. Compensation is $23 to $28, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.
