Would you like to work with the best dentists in Northern Virginia? Thriving, fast paced, two doctor dental practice looking for a practice leader! We are offering a $1000 signing bonus after 90 days of employment. Ideal candidate would have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented, systematic, and patient focused. Previous dental experience of at least a year is a MUST. Knowledge of Dentrix preferred. There is potential for job growth with this position. Qualifications and expectations:
Customer Service: We are a fee for service office. We want a practice leader that understands the importance of unreasonable hospitality. Bonus if you have read the book. We know that our patients choose us not because of their insurance. We know that they pay more to see us. Our goal is elevate the dental experience and teach our patients like family.
Organizations skills: Our office has the latest in dental technology. It is important that you are technological savvy. Team members don't fail. Systems do. We want a practice leader that does not manage people but evaluate systems. We want someone that understands practice growth and KPIs. You will run team huddles and practice meetings.
Attention to detail: Accuracy in managing multiple task, billing and patient records. We want someone with experience in treatment planning and collections.
Communication skills: we want a strong and motivating practice leader. We practice excellences. It's important that you understand the importance of quality dentistry and exceptional customer service. We consider ourselves the Neiman Marcus of dentistry. We are not for everyone. We will never compromise our value and ethics.
Education: Our doctors take over 100 ces a year to stay on top of the latest technology. Education is important for all of our team members. We hope that you will be motivated to learn new innovations and contribute to our growth.
