Job Summary:We are seeking an energetic and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. We are a fun and friendly group who works hard and plays hard. We like to enjoy pedicures, bowling, massages, movies, paint nights, top golf and crafting together. We love any excuse to throw a pot luck or celebrate accomplishments together. Requirements:- Certification or Associate Degree in Dental Assisting or 1 years of experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Positive attitude and ability to take constructive feedback
- Self motivated and driven. Ability to contribute new ideas and develop new skills
- Love of learning and taking on new challenges
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skill
Hours:
Mon: 8am-5pm
Tues: 7:30am-5pm
Wed 7am-3pm or Wed 10am-6pm ***Alternating schedule options
Thurs: 7am-3pm
Friday 7am-1pm ***Every other Friday
Compensation:
We offer the following benefits after 90 days: life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, long term disability insurance, employee dental benefit.
We offer 4 days PTO and paid holidays after your 1 year anniversary.
Rate: $18-22 per hour based off of years experience and skillset. Opportunities for advancement within the position and bonuses based off of office goals. Monthly Invisalign bonus pool. Raises based on merit and following a skillset checklist. Quarterly performance reviews for feedback and training opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
