Job Description

We are Midtown Family Dentistry seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. Our practice is focused on providing exceptional care to our patients, and we need someone who is passionate about dentistry and dedicated to helping us achieve our goals.
Duties:- Assist the dentist during procedures, including taking x-rays, preparing materials, and sterilizing instruments- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care- Assist with dental coding and billing as necessary- Work with patients of all ages, including pediatrics
Skills:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals- Knowledge of dental terminology and coding

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred- Must have excellent manual dexterity- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
