Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Associate Dentist to join and operate a well established dental office in North Canton. Our mission is to provide outstanding dental care and service while treating people the way Jesus does. We want to serve the community by providing high-quality oral health care, with empathy and exemplary service. The position includes dental and business mentorship with the existing dentist and time to establish relationships with team and patients. This mentorship will lead to the associate operating the office as the sole provider. Ongoing clinical and business support will be provided to run the business office and to clinically pursue the skills they are passionate about. The practice currently refers all specialty procedures. Not a DSO, we focus on service, providing ideal clinical care and prioritizing a work/life balance. Family is priority, and we feel that we can work and serve our patients while providing the necessary time to be with our families. The practice has an established legacy of treating patients (and team) well, a legacy we are intent on preserving. We do not have an online presence as of yet, so please reach out about details. Responsibilities:
- Perform dental procedures within the Dentist's comfort zone.- Conduct patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation- Educate patients- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry, relevant CE and best practices

Pay: $176,548.13 - $212,617.09 per year
