Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dental Office Insurance Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care, as well as 1+ years of dental office experience and knowledge of Dentrix software.
Responsibilities include:

Check patients in and out
Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
Accurately input patient information and treatment codes into Dentrix
Educate patients on their insurance coverage and financial responsibilities
Assist patient in understanding their treatment plans and payment options
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient experiences
Stay updated on changes in insurance policies and regulations

Full-time
Comp: $24-28/hr based on skills and experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
