Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team for Thursdays.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and will have a strong understanding of dental practices and procedures. This role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient comfort while working collaboratively with our dental team.
Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments for patients.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist in the administration of local anesthesia as needed.
Conduct screenings for oral diseases and conditions, including taking vital signs.
Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Utilize different dental software for charting.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow.

Qualifications

Valid RDH license in the state of practice.
HIPAA compliance is essential.
Experience with Dental software is highly desirable.
Ability to perform vital sign assessments and understand general dentistry principles.
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
