Dental Health Associates (DHA) in Madison, WI is looking for passionate Dental Hygienists to join our growing team! We’re a group of practices locally owned by our doctors that you’ll be working alongside every day. Job DescriptionWe have Full-time or Part-time Dental Hygienist job openings in Madison, WI and Middleton, WI. This role could be full-time, part-time, float, or fill from 4 days a week to 1 day a week.
Compensation$42.00 - $48.00 plus per hour based on experience. Signing Bonus of $10,000 and the opportunity for bonuses up to $1,500 quarterly, giving you the potential to earn an extra $6,000/yr. Earn $55,000 - $90,000 annually depending on hours worked, with motivated individuals making over $100,000 a year. Additional benefits include a per quad scaling bonus, opportunity for overtime (never required), and additional per day bonuses for picking up days outside your normal schedule (FT and PT).

Responsibilities

Provide preventive dental care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques for optimal oral health.
Take and process dental X-rays for clear and accurate diagnoses.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile treatment area.
Document patient care accurately and efficiently.

Active state dental hygiene license or eligibility for licensure (new graduates are welcome to apply).
Current CPR certification.
