We are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with a passion for working with children and creating a positive, memorable dental experience. This is a full-time position
Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Qualifications & Skills

Experience as a Registered Dental Assistant or in a similar role within a dental clinic setting is preferred.
X-Ray License
BLS/CPR Certified
Experience in Pediatrics is preferred
An outgoing and friendly personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with children
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proven record of excellent attendance and punctuality, demonstrating reliability and commitment to the team.
Bilingual -the ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is preferred.

Job Responsibilities Include

Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for young patients.
Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure smooth patient flow and appointment coordination.
Help create a positive experience by using child-friendly behavior management techniques.
Manage patient records and accurately document treatments, observations, and procedures.
Provide chairside assistance during exams, cleanings, sealants, fillings, and other pediatric-focused procedures.
Educate children and their families on dental hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions with a friendly and approachable manner.
Take X-rays, impressions, and perform other diagnostic procedures as needed.
Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments, maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment
