SALARY RANGE: $29,521-$47,488
LOCATION: Dobson, NC
Description of Work: The Surry County Health & Nutrition Center has an immediate opening for a full-time Dental Assistant to work in our Dental Clinic. The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct assistance for all treatment provided by the dentist and to provide direct patient care under the direct supervision of the dentist as allowed by NC Dental Law for the purpose of the delivery of preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care of children.
Minimum Education and Experience: Completion of a dental assistant program from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of on-the-job training as a dental assistant and required x-ray training when needed; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
