Job Description
Our state-of-the-art dental office seeks friendly, people oriented, chairside dental assistance who will also be cross trained as dental receptionist in our Naperville dental office. We are passionate about providing high quality dental care and helping our patients maintain excellent oral health.
Responsibilities
Setting up and cleaning treatment rooms
Welcome patients and escorting patients to the treatment room
Ensuring the patients are comfortable
Taking digital dental x-rays
Assisting the dentist chairside
Preparing and sterilizing instruments and handpieces in compliance with OSHA standards and CDC guidelines
Keep the treatment rooms stocked
Provide post-operative instructions
Welcome and check in patients
Providing and collecting registration forms
Collecting insurance information and verify insurance
Answer phone calls with professionalism
Schedule and confirm appointments
Collect payment from patients

Having a working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology

1 year of chairside dental assisting experience
Job Types: Full-Time/Part-time
Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
