Busy team centered orthodontic practice seeks friendly and experienced orthodontic patient coordinator to work in our West Hartford and Windsor Locks offices four days a week.
Primary responsibilities : answer phones, schedule appointments, file insurance claims, enter financial contracts, payments and deposits, ordering supplies. Strong computer skills to maintain accurate patient records, reports and database. Strong verbal and communication skills. The candidate must have experience in the dental field but we are willing to train the right candidate. We are searching for a focused, multi-tasker, team player with dependable attendance, reliability and punctuality is a must to join our busy and fast paced orthodontic practice.
