Job Description

Looking for a dental hygienist to join our awesome Shea Dental Team. We have been a staple in the Scottsdale area for over 30 years.
Duties include:- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing- Taking dental x-rays- Conduct oral cancer screenings- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral health care recommendations
-Laser certification- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed- Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a sterile environment- Document patient treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information in dental software system Eaglesoft.- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean dental environment- Valid dental hygiene license in AZ- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Eaglesoft- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and the dental team- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $52.00 - $55.00 per hour
