Above and beyond the technical duties of a dental assistant, the responsibilities of this position are to:
Build rapport with patients using effective communication skills
Lower barriers to same day treatment
Manage the appointment flow
Follow our patient care process
Present treatment plans with care and clarity
Provide team support
Make decisions based on our mission and core values
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
