Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled dental hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in expanding their career in the direction of aesthetic devices and treatments. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality dental hygiene care to patients
- Conduct thorough assessments and cleanings, including scaling and root planing
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and aesthetic treatments
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop individualized treatment plans
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental hygiene and aesthetic devices
Qualifications:
- Valid dental hygiene license in Massachusetts
- Experience in dental hygiene (3+ years preferred, but willing to train the ideal candidate)
- Interest in aesthetics and willingness to learn about aesthetic devices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
