Job SummaryWe are a family dental practice seeking a skilled Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our new state of the art Dental office. Under direct supervision, the ideal candidate will assist dentist(s) in providing efficient and quality dental care to patients, and provide exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering top-notch dental care.
Responsibilities- Prepare patient and treatment rooms for treatment and procedures- Ensure infection control protocols are followed; maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.- Manage patient records using dental software systems such as Denticon- Perform four-handed dentistry techniques efficiently.- Demonstrate knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, dental systems, and charting.
Experience- Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred but not required- Proficiency in utilizing X-Ray machines, and dental software- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and infection control practices- Knowledge of four-handed dentistry procedures- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
Requirements

-Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Registered (RDA) certification.
-(1-2) years of experience in a dental office setting
-Current CPR/BLS certification
Willingness to learn and grow with the needs of the practice.

Pay: $17.79 - $18.65 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
