Are you charismatic, outgoing, and personable? Are you a problem solver who enjoys working with patients to help get their dental needs addressed? If yes, then we are looking for you! The Gentle Hands Dentistry & Orthodontics team is looking for a patient coordinator!

Our ideal candidate is kind, compassionate, ambitious, and self-motivated. This person is someone that is excited to be in the office, loves our patients, and contributes to our team. This person will be the first face that our patients see and hear every day. We are looking for someone that will make our patients feel like they have known them forever!

Full-time, Mon-Thur and 1 Fri per month. Bonus, dental benefits, and paid time off after 90 days.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and checking in patients
• Scheduling patients
• Patient communication: phone calls, emails, and text messages
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming front office environment
• Verifying insurance
• Checking patients out and collecting payment
• Treatment Planning

Position Requirements:

• At least 1 year of dental experience preferred
• Socializer that can amplify and accentuate our culture
• Skilled in verbal and written communication
• Able to multitask
• Detail-oriented
• Knowledge of dental insurances is a plus
• Knowledge of Dentrix is also a plus
