Job Description

An established, patient-centered practice run by a friendly, talented staff wants to welcome another dental assistant to our team. This position is full-time (Monday - Thursday, 7:30am-5pm).

An ideal candidate must:
- Current x-ray certification and BLS certification.
- Ensure patient comfort and establish patient relationships.
- Ability to quickly learn and retain new skills.
- Collaborate with our team and work independently (self-starter).
- Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and dentist.
- Digital proficiency and ability to adapt to new technology.

Essential Duties:
- Sterilization and treatment room preparation.
- Chairside assisting for a variety of general dental procedures.
- Collaborate with administrative and hygiene teams to coordinate efficient patient care.
- Basic administrative tasks including welcoming patients, filing, chart preparation, and patient phone calls.

Hours: Mon -Thurs, 7:30a – 5:00p
Compensation: Competitive (performance dependent).
