Duties:- Answering phone calls and managing the phone system- Scheduling appointments and coordinating treatment plans- Greeting and checking in patients- Verifying insurance coverage and processing insurance claims- Providing information and answering questions about treatments, procedures, and payment options- Assisting with patient billing and financial arrangements- Maintaining patient records and ensuring accuracy of information
Skills:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in using computer systems and dental software (Open Dental)- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
