What you’ll be doing:

Greet patients with a smile (numb faces still deserve warm welcomes!)
Manage appointments, phone calls, and all things scheduling with ninja-like efficiency
Keep patient records organized like a boss
Handle insurance claims and payments (yes, it’s as fun as it sounds)


Multi-task like it's second nature - because we know you can handle answering phones while waving goodbye to a patient and stuffing envelopes all at once!
Be a key part of the team that delivers “WOW” experiences to every patient, every time

Our team loves our hours! We work 4 days a week, with alternating 4 day weekends. We are out of the office by 2:30 p.m. every work day except for Wednesdays when we are here until about 6:30 p.m.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
