Our private pratice outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.  We have great hours no weekend or evenings.  We offer medical, dental, 401K, holiday and vacation pay.

Who We're Looking For

• The ideal candidate will excel in phone communication and have a passion for helping others
• Able to greet patients and help them feel welcomed easing their fears and anxiety 
• Strong phone communication skills and a friendly demeanor along with an exceptional work etheic 
• Knowledge of dental insurance coverage and dental scheduleing 

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and calling patients to confirm and schedule with a pleasant and friendly demeanor 
• Help with insurance eligibilty utlizing practice managment software Dentrix
• Data imput of patient records into Dentrix 
• check in and out of patient collectiong balances and patient portions due date of service
• light house keeping duties keeping water stocked and the front office tidy
• keeping hygiene schedules full
