Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a full time Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience, bilingual (English/Spanish) motivated, enthusiastic, reliable with great customer service for our private office, Dentrix software experience

Responsibilities

• Assist patients, treatment plannning.
• Note and process all necessary forms from the insurance
• Assist patients in appointments, including collecting all necessary forms and signatures
• Follow up with patients and payments, as needed
• Answer phones, assist patients with questions, and take messages.
• Schedule appointments
• Maintains the highest level of confidentiality

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Previous experience with Dental coding or billing desired
• Strong organization skills
• Excellent attention to detail
