Job Description:

As a Dental Assistant at Dental Masters, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dental care to our patients. You will assist the dentist during procedures, manage patient care, and help ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for everyone who visits our office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment for patient care.
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed.
• Manage patient records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
• Ensure the dental operatory is clean and organized at all times.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide outstanding patient care.
• Handle patient concerns and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar clinical role is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
