Responsibilities

Greeting and acknowledgment of your team member and patients.

creating bonding with New patients with introducing yourself while bringing them in from lobby to X-rays room, and doing prophy  and call Dentist to start the Exam.

Recording every chief complaint and treatment plan on the software while comprehensive exam is being done on  patients chart.

transferring the treatment plan as soon as possible to treatment cordinatore.

bringing the paper work back to Dentist that shows the treatment plan with all their benefits and financial information. 

Setting up the trays for specific procedures. Sterilizing the instrument with understanding of how we categorize the different type of material.

Keeping a good record of our inventory  and tracking of our orders.

Writing the Notes of procedures on each patients on software right after or while procedure is being done.

having a good communication skill with other team member.

For any day that you need a time off you make a written request or email the management with the reason and replace yourself with a designated employee to cover for your responsibilities while you are away.

Be on time that means a couple of minutes early.
