Job Description
```Overview```We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. ```Responsibilities```- Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments- Take dental x-rays- Perform dental charting and record patient information- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care- Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental office calendar- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and order new supplies as needed- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
```Qualifications```- High school diploma or equivalent- Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program- Current CPR certification- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
