Job Description

Pay based on EFDA experience and negotiable with a highly qualified candidate. We are looking to grow our team, and are looking for an experienced, patient-centered, enthusiastic expanded function dental assistant to serve our patients and assist our doctors in an array of procedures. We are in need of a team player who is dedicated to taking care of the needs of our patients.

Experience with digital scanning is preferred, but not mandatory. Must have experience in restorative as well as oral surgery procedures and must be xray certified.If you would like to work in fast paced, but caring patient- oriented environment where you can be proud of the service you provide, this is the place for you!Qualifications:

Dental Assistant Certificate from an accredited school-completed AND EFDA certificate
Dental Radiation Technology Certification in Indiana (required)
Desire to work as a productive team member
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Experience with digital scans and CAD/CAM technology, is a plus.assisting preferred, but not required.

Functions:

Chair assist doctor with complex dental procedures
Performing restorative, alginate impressions, temporary fabrication, digital scans, supervised by the dentist
Listening to needs of patients
Provide patient education
Sustain patient comfort during procedures
Manage and ordering clinical supplies

Benefits:

20 hours/week
Monday to Thurs

10 hour shift
No weekends

Experience:

Dental assisting: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
