The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Dental Ceramist to join our in-house laboratory team. This role requires a meticulous individual with a passion for dental artistry and a commitment to crafting lifelike dental prosthetics. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the fabrication and adjustment of ceramic dental restorations, directly contributing to the smiles and satisfaction of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate high-quality ceramic prosthetics, including full arch implants.
Match ceramic restorations to natural teeth in color, shape, and size, ensuring seamless integration and aesthetic excellence.
Collaborate with dental professionals and lab technicians to plan, design, and execute complex dental restorations.
Conduct shade taking, color matching, and aesthetic evaluations to ensure optimal outcomes.
Utilize advanced lab equipment and techniques, maintaining proficiency with industry innovations and standards.
Ensure all laboratory activities and restorations comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Excellent attention to detail, artistic ability, and manual dexterity.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
