Howdy!
Are you looking to make a change to a private dental office doing comprehensive dentistry with a good work/life balance?
Vue Dental is a busy private practice, in the south Austin suburb of Kyle, TX. We are well regarded in the community for our state of the art facility and patient centered approach to dental care.
I am looking for an experienced associate who is growth minded and is looking to expand their skill set in all facets of general dentistry including endodontics, surgical extractions, crown and bridge, dental implants, cosmetic cases and Invisalign.
The associate dentist will enjoy practicing dentistry with a digital workflow without the stress of ownership.
It would be my pleasure to offer mentorship in communication and clinical aspects. Ideal dentist will be open to learning and collaborating and will be working along with me.
Having been an associate myself prior to starting this practice, I have designed a compensation and benefit package which in my opinion is fairly generous. I also run a mastermind group for motivated dentists so mentorship comes naturally to me.

Requirements:

DDS/DMD from accredited dental school with at least 4 years experience

Benefits:

Daily salary guaranteed with % of production (whichever is higher)
CE Allowance
Tiered commission pay
Will offer H1 B sponsorship for the right candidate (would need 32 hrs minimum per week)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
