Annual Pay & Benefits

$156,907-$199,680 base salary pay range
Medi-Cal Dental and Delta Dental enrollment eligible (we can help with enrollment)
4% retirement match (100% vested on day one)
$2,500 CE reimbursement
$1,000 professional licensing reimbursement
40 hours of CE leave
Paid holidays, paid vacation, paid sick time and retirement benefits as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Productivity bonuses (over 15 patients per day on average)

Moving expense reimbursement up to $5,000
Sign-on Bonus - $10,000 (for a 12-month commitment)
