Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice. We currently need 2-4 Days per week depending on if you are looking for part- time or full-time. The ideal candidate is excited about delivering high-quality dentistry and is enthusiastic about working with the latest in high-tech dentistry such as digital scanning, 3-D printing, digital impressions, CEREC crowns, CBCT, and sleep treatment in an environment dedicated to safety. We have the latest technology to maximize your protection while at work including UVC sanitizers and Aerosol Vac stations. We also provide you with the needed PPE to keep you safe while working with patients. Experience is preferred but not required, positivity is a must, and salary is negotiable based on experience.
Dental Hygienist Duties and Responsibilities
· Have a positive attitude and is enthusiastic about high-quality dentistry.
· Take x-rays of patients’ teeth when necessary and display results for the dentist
· Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
· Preform prophy with ultrasonic and hand instruments
· Preform sterilization of hygiene instruments
· Be able to work with Eaglesoft Software
· Educate patients on good oral hygiene habits
· Restock treatment areas and monitor inventory
Dental Hygienist Requirements and Qualifications
· Dental Hygiene license from an accredited school
· Virginia Dental Hygiene license
· 1+ years of dental experience preferred
· Attention to detail
· Positivity
