We are looking to hire a Part-Time Licensed Dental Assistant who is excited about a fun and rewarding career in the Pediatric Dental field. This position would be based out of both of our practices in Wayzata and Richfield.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Present the patient to the doctor.
Clean the patient’s teeth.
Fluoride application
Take, expose and develop digital radiographs (bitewings, panoramic).
Provide hygiene and diet education.
Assist the dentist during treatment procedures in office or hospital.
Schedule follow-up exams.
Review schedule to make sure appointments are scheduled appropriately.
Set-up and tear down dental chairs and operatory rooms.
Parents consults-discuss treatment plans.
Clean and sterilize instruments.
Lab work.
Restock supplies in rooms and sterilization area.
Help decorate office for birthdays and holidays.
Infection control & maintenance of OSHA guidelines.
