Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Evening and Weekend availability

Recent graduate or License in process? We will train you utilizing our structured two to four (2-4) week training program, we equip you with the tools needed to be successful. All you need to bring is your excitement and willingness to learn. We will take care of the rest! So, get a firm grip and hang on... this is going to be fun!
Duties to include:

Assists at chair side
Delivers "WOW!" experience to patients and guardians
Delivers high quality oral hygiene instruction
Takes X-rays (digital sensor/nomad portable X-ray) / intra-oral photographs
Applies topical fluoride treatments and medications
Takes impressions and bite registrations
Adaptation of temporary crowns
Removes excess cement from fabricated restorations and orthodontic bands
Pours impressions to make stone, plaster and trims models
Fabricates mouth guards, temporary crowns, custom impression trays.
Prepares casting models and dies
Handles instrument cleaning, sterilization/disinfection and re-circulation
Performs dental treatment room disinfection
Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

Active Texas Dental Assisting License or License in process
Valid and current BLS certificate

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong verbal communication skills

Registered Dental Assistant (Must be able to obtain within 3 months of hire)
BLS Certification (Required)
