Our multi-specialty family practice in McAllen, TX (South Texas) is expanding! We're opening up this great opportunity to a dentist who wants to be exceptional.
We offer exceptional:
Mentorship: get real 1 on 1 hands-on training in molar endo, impacted thirds, ped/sedation, complex prosth, implants w/ CBCT etc.
Earning potential (junior docs can expect 2-3x national average; senior partners well beyond)
Variety: practice full-scope dentistry
Support: never feel stranded - experienced senior dentists on site; collaborative environment that fosters team-oriented care

Pay: $300,000.00 - $600,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
