The ideal candidate will be reliable, detailed oriented, highly organized, demonstrate excellent communication skills, have the ability to multi-task and be enthusiastic about learning. Qualifications include:

2-3 years of experience in a dental environment including working as a dental assistant or in the front office. Minimum one year experience in the front office is required.
Understanding of clinical procedures and dental codes.
Detailed knowledge of electronic claims submission, insurance plans, benefits and insurance eligibility.
Experience presenting treatment plans and getting treatment acceptance.
Experience scheduling patients and an ability to fill the schedule.
Good phone skills with ability to handle multi-lines.

Duties include but not limited to:

Answering phones and greeting Patients
Scheduling & confirming appointments
Insurance eligibility and verification
Maintain full patient schedules for Doctor & Hygiene
Collect patient co-payments including credit card transactions
Enter patient information into system.
Treatment plan presentation to patients

Schedule is Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
