Job Title: Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Receptionist (Dental Office)
Compensation: $30+ per hour
We are seeking an upbeat, bilingual Spanish-speaking receptionist with a minimum of three years of experience working front desk in a dental clinic. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle phone calls professionally, and provide excellent customer service to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls, scheduling, and confirming appointments
Managing patient check-ins and check-outs
Handling patient inquiries and providing general office support
Ensuring a smooth and welcoming front desk experience for all patients
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Fluent in both Spanish and English
Minimum of 3 years of experience working at the front desk in a dental office
Knowledge of Open Dental software is preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
A friendly and positive attitude, with the ability to work well in a team
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate of $30 or more based on experience
