Job Description
Weââ¬â¢re seeking a Rockstar Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a wealth of orthodontic knowledge to the table. As a key member of our team, youââ¬â¢ll work alongside our skilled dentists and orthodontist to deliver exceptional patient care and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist orthodontists during procedures, including placing and removing braces, taking impressions, and adjusting appliances.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment with precision.
- Manage patient records, schedule appointments, and handle insurance claims with accuracy.
- Provide patient education on orthodontic treatments, oral hygiene, and preventive care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the highest standards of infection control.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless workflow and outstanding patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred; RDA or equivalent credentials acceptable.
- Proven experience in orthodontic assisting is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to connect with patients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix preferred) and technology is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.19 - $22.00 per hour

Monday to Friday
