Team Oriented and Patient Centered Practice looking for an enthusiastic RDA to join our team!
Taylor Made Smiles Dentistry provides a positive, organized and upbeat working environment to practice dentistry. We focus on providing great customer service and exceptional patient care along with supporting individual growth team advancement.
Hours for this position:
Monday and Wednesday 8:00 to 4:30
Tuesday 7:30 to 1
Thursday 7:30 to 3
1 Friday per month from 7:30 to 1. (optional)

Position Responsibilities:
- Duties of a RDA
-Maintains adequate operatory supplies and compiles a list for inventory control and ordering purposes.
-Helps perform daily weekly and monthly maintenance
- Helps keep track of Lab/ Clear Aligner Cases
- Educates patients on procedures / Post operative instructions
- Assists Doctor with dental procedures.
Position Requirements:
Skill in providing excellent customer service and support; organizing and prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines; and excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to perform each position responsibility satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
Education and/or Experience:  High school diploma or GED certificate(required) Current CPR (BLS). Minimum 4 years of experience in dental assisting needed.
License and / or Certification: Current RDA certification from Texas Dental Board(required) Current CPR certification(required) Valid Texas Driver’s License Current Immunization Records
