Job Description

*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and maintain excellent patient care.
*Duties*
- Prepare patients for dental work
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs
- Ensure patients are comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment
- Take dental X-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
-Other duties as needed
*Qualifications*
- At least 2 year experience in the dental assistant position
- Proficiency in aseptic technique
- Familiarity with dental imaging techniques
- Familiarity with dental software such as EagleSoft
- Experience in prosthodontics and endodontics is advantageous
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 34 per week
