Job Summary:
Responsible for delivering general dental care to patients of CHC in accordance with Florida Statute 466 and Administrative Rule 64B5. Providing team leadership in the course of practice. MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING WITH PEDIATRICS AND ADULTS.
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of an American Dental Association accredited dental school or program
Experience:
Experience or interest in community/migrant health preferred but not required.
Certification/Licensure:
Current, active license from State of Florida Board of Dentistry; no license revocation or suspension in any state.
Must have passed National Dental Boards parts II and I.
Must have and maintain current Basic Life Saving Certification.
DEA license required
Special Skills:
Must be able to maintain professional, caring, helpful manner when dealing with people in stressful situations.
Bilingual English/Spanish helpful.
Other requirements:
Able to work flexible hours as needed.
