Beyond Dental is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our fast-growing multispecialty office that specializes in general dentistry, orthodontics, pediatrics, and oral surgery. Work Schedule
Patient hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (9:00am-5:00pm)
Schedule subject to change.
Responsibilities:
· Establish rapport with patients and parents
· Ability to communicate
· Greet patients
· Prepare patients to be seen by our dentist: Take patient x-rays, Set up instrument trays, treatment materials
· Help us maintain a sterile work environment by sanitizing dental instruments and disinfecting treatment rooms and surfaces.
· Be comfortable with learning and partaking in new dental procedures.
· Provide patients with information regarding oral health and hygiene
· Utilize dental terminology, materials, medication and instruments used during dental procedures.
· Follow the OSHA Guidelines for infection control in cleaning, disinfecting and sterilizing operatories and instruments after patient treatment as listed in the Infection Control Policy.
· Preform hygiene duties: take x-rays, pano, scan teeth, polish teeth, clean, SRP's, and apply topical fluoride
· Anticipate doctors needs and be proactive in preparation
· Performs other duties as assigned by the Dentist

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
