Job description
The Dental Treatment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of patient care, including scheduling appointments, processing insurance claims, and collecting payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental procedures and insurance billing, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments and confirm patient information
Process insurance claims and collect payments
Communicate with patients about their insurance coverage and financial obligations
Knowledge of ADA codes
Gathering insurance breakdowns and checking eligibility to quote patients properly.
Maintain patient records
Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in a dental setting
Strong understanding of dental procedures and insurance billing
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, One Drives and Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $20-27/ hour (depending on experience)
