Job Description

We are a supportive and energetic private practice. We appoint 8 to 10 patients per day maximum on the hygiene schedule, one hour for recall and prophy, 90 minutes for new patient experience.

Days Needed: Monday thru Thursday. 4 days or 2 days part-time considered.

7:45am to 5pm

Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth

-Utilized diode laser for laser assisted periodontal therapy.
- Take FMX digital dental x-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide personalized recommendations
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed
- Document patient treatment plans, progress, and notes in dental software systems

Experience:
- Minimum 2 year of experience as a dental hygienist
- Proficient in using dental software systems
- Knowledge of medical coding and insurance billing processes

Higher hourly or benefits available after a waiting period for full-time.
