Job Summary:We are seeking a friendly and outgoing front desk dental receptionist to join our team! The ideal candidate should be bilingual and have a background in dental.
Responsibilities:- Answer phone calls and book appointments- Check insurance eligibility online- Prepare treatment plans and collect payments for billing- Verify insurance benefits and input in computer- Some light assisting such as taking X-rays
Experience:The successful candidate should possess the following skills:- Experience 1 year as a front desk receptionist, in dental- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English- Familiarity with dental software such as OpenDental or Dentrix- Ability to work effectively and multi-task- Strong communication skills to interact with patients and team

9:00-6:00
Salary is based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.56 - $25.86 per hour
Expected hours: 60 – 70 per week
