We are seeking a reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner- Answer and direct phone calls promptly- Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service in dental field only- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
