Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and assisting in dental procedures. Position would require light travel to other local offices if needed.
Responsibilities- Set up and prepare equipment and instruments- Take and develop dental x-rays- Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care- Maintain accurate patient records- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols- Perform various office tasks as needed
Experience- Knowledge of dental terminology and HIPAA regulations- Experience in dental assisting a plus, but willing to train qualified candidate- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry a plus
