We are truly devoted to create an enjoyable and comfortable dental experience for our wonderful and fast-growing patient population. (FFS AND PPO BASED)
We are seeking for a friendly and detail-oriented, Full-Time or Part-Time RDH in an extremely supportive team environment, someone who loves helping people by educating, building relationships, and providing exceptional dental care. A team player who contributes to a positive and professional working environment and is motivated to improving knowledge and skills. Hygiene appointments are 60 minutes or more if needed.

Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and background.Perform all hygiene clinical procedures to include prophy, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planning, sealants, fluoride, intra-oral camera, Invisalign Scanning and intra-oral photos.Communicate with doctor and patients effectively when dental treatment is needed.Partner with the whole team to assist in whatever is required for an excellent patient experienceA desire to embrace preventative centered careA current Virginia state license to practice dental hygiene (RDH)Comfortable using Dentrix digital charting and x-raysSelf-Motivated and Enthusiastic Team Player
