AirSync Integrative Dentistry is looking for our newest Hygienist Superstar. Are you the team member we are searching for?
Our practice is one of the most respected in the greater Seattle area, with a focus on total patient care - airway dentistry, oral systemic wellness, and in the process of converting the general part of our dental practice to Wholistic care. We follow a wellness and risk-based model to maintain and restore health. AirSync is the ONLY comprehensive airway dental practice in western WA! This is an opportunity to scramble for.
Our oral systemic program involves minimizing the risk of cardiovascular disease, stroke, cancer metastasis, and more. We have a phase contrast microscope, encourage OralDNA testing, use HuFriedy glycine EMS system for biofilm reduction, piezo hygiene units, and utilize laser and ozone to optimize our SRP results. We are not ok with bleeding; it is not just about bone loss but the presence of active inflammation and infection.
POSITION: 2 DAYS (10 patient hours), likely turning into 3 within in the next couple of months. Office hours: M, T, W 7-5pm, with a 1-hr lunch. Hours are negotiable

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate will possess at least 3 years of consistent, professional experience in Dental Hygiene, preferably with a current understanding of the oral-systemic connection and periodontal therapies. Newer graduates are welcome to submit resumes.
Ability to educatedly articulate, recommend, support Treatment Plan recommendations, including tooth recommendations, period therapy, etc.
COMPENSATION:
Competitive (commensurate with professional experience, training and education)
We pay commission on the # of quads of laser/ozone, $25 per quad.
If you will be doing oral myofunctional therapy or NightLase laser therapy, you will earn even more money per hour.
