Job Description
We are seeking an warm, energetic dental receptionist to join our team in our newly renovated office. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental office and be able to handle a fast-paced environment while serving as a team player.
M PRN
T 10-7 (hours change from 9-6 in March 2025)
W 8-5
Th 10-7 (hours change from 9-6 in March 2025)
F 8-1
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule appointments for patients
- Enter and submit patient insurance information
- Collect patient co-payments and balances
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of ER and phone systems
Qualifications- Dental office experience- Excellent communication skills- Proficiency in Dentrix software- Knowledge of dental terminology- Strong customer service skills- Experience with multi-line phone systems- Ability to handle patient inquiries and appointments efficiently
