Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Lead Dental Assistant for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

We are a small private general dental practice with a very loyal patient base.   We love our patients and they love us.   We are located in Central Phoenix with a view that everyone loves to share from our HIGHRISE building

We would love a team member that is dedicated to dentistry, loves to work with patients to make their day better.   We treat our patients like we would our own family.  Our new team member will love the team we have and teamwork and willingness to help your co-worker is what we aspire to.  

Experience does matter and we are looking for someone who is comfortable with the following:  

1. Use of a Trios 3Shape Scanner
2. Ability to take excellent x-rays
3. Ability to make a temporary crown
4. Comfortable during implant placement procedures
5. Extractions, Bone Grafts and Endo procedures
6. Inventory of supplies
7. Keeping the dental practice and treatment rooms clean and organized
8. Entering a full treatment plan into Dentrix, as well as writing accurate clinical notes 
9. Using Dental Intel to send consents for treatment
10. Understanding how to schedule for what is next for the patient

The list above are the high points and you know the knowledge and experience in dentistry is longer then that!  

Responsibilities

• You will be the lead dental assistant in this office and you will have the help of a second assistant that also works as an administrator.
